Dealing with Non-Image Captchas
Posted by Miriam M-B on 18 December 2010 02:43 PM

Captchas are not always images that can be easily decoded with the captcha decoding services.

Here is how to tackle non image captchas that involve numbers.

You will need to scrape the numbers, set each number to a variable, and then when you fill the field that needs the answer, you will go the math constants and use the math constant. You will then add the variables.

So:

Variable 1 + Variable 2

The output in the field will be the answer to that equation.

Enigma,
You do not scrape flash based captchas obviously. But you can scrape non image captchas like the one specifically in this example.
